RPF Staff Saved Mans Life in Ahmedabad

Railway Protection Force (RPF) staff saved a mans life who slipped while trying to enter a moving train at the Ahmedabad railway station. Ministry of Railways shared the shocking video which shows how RPF staff saved mans life in Ahmedabad.


On Tuesday, the Ministry of Railways shared a video on Twitter which shows an unnamed man trying to board the Ashram Express train which had already started moving. The above shocking video shows the man losing his balance and almost falling off the train as it gains speed.

Fortunately, he did not fell in the gap between the platform and the train, Railway police quickly alerted and pushed the man inside the train. They managed to push him back into the compartment of the moving train and saved his life.

Modi Receives Goalkeepers Award From Bill Gates

Prime Minister Narendra Modi receives Goalkeepers award from Bill Gates. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) presented the prestigious Goalkeepers Global Goals award to Modi for the service he has done through the Swachh Bharat program in India.

After receiving the award PM Modi said: ‘Happy that Gandhiji’s dream of Swachh Bharat got fulfilled with the Goalkeepers Global Goals award days before his 150th birth anniversary. This award doesn’t belong to Me alone, but 130 crore Indians.

He also said: We saved 3 lakh people from diseases after launching the Swachh Bharat campaign. Lack of Toilets in the schools used to force girls to stop education in the middle. Swachh Bharat brought a change. Due to this program, Indian States have been competing with one another for maintaining cleanliness’.

Jagan Invited KCR To Brahmotsvam

AP CM YS Jagan has visited Telangana CM KCR at Pragati Bhavan in Hyderabad, Jagan invited KCR to the Brahmotsavam organized by TTD ( Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam) on September 30. CM Jagan has personally gave the invitation to Telangana CM KCR, during their meeting in Hyderabad to discuss several issues including river water utilization.

Two Telugu state CM’s discussed bifurcation issues and complete utilization of Godavari and Krishna water and release of Godavari water to Srisailam for development of Rayalaseema. They both discussed from where Godavari waters can be linked to the Krishna and at what alignment.

They agreed that the linkage and utilization of water should be useful for both states. Both CM’s decided to interlink Godavari and Krishna rivers with less land acquisition. As per sources KCR and Jagan discussed on institutions under 9, 10 schedules listed in AP reorganization act, and support from Centre, allocation of funds, BJP led central government’s stand on the Telugu States.

TTD chairman YV Subba Reddy and Rajampet MP PV Midhun Reddy also accompanied CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy during his meet with Telanga CM KCR at Pragati Bhavan.

Megha Bags Polavaram Project Contract

Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) came up with a proposal with 12.6 percent less cost than an earlier contractor(Navayuga). The MEIL bid for the works for just Rs. 4358 crores. With this, the government can save Rs 628 crores, which is a huge amount to the exchequer.

YS Jagan led AP government called for re-tender for hydel power plant and main concrete works worth Rs. 4987 crores. MEIL is the only company that took part in the bidding. As soon as the court permits, Megha Engineering will able to begin the works at a rapid pace and complete the works within the given period.

The Megha’s engineering company has only bid for these works. As against the government expectations, the MEIL has come up with12.6 percent fewer Rs. 4358 crores to take up the works. Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) is a major infrastructure company headquartered in Hyderabad, India. The company was established in 1989 as a small fabrication unit.

MEIL has already constructed Pattiseema lift irrigation scheme in record time in Andhra Pradesh and also build the world’s largest Kaleshwaram lift Irrigation project in Telangana which is Telangana CM KCR‘s dream project.
